The University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Clerical Officer for the Adult Audiology Admin team in Bristol. The role involves supporting both patients and audiologists across multiple sites, ensuring smooth administrative processes that prioritize patient needs. Key responsibilities include liaising with various healthcare staff, managing appointment duties with a compassionate approach towards patients, and addressing queries or concerns appropriately. Additional clerical tasks such as maintaining filing systems, managing diaries, and keeping patient information updated are also expected.

Candidates should demonstrate resilience in dealing with distressed patients and their relatives, while maintaining a tidy waiting area and contributing to the department's operational efficiency. The role requires participation in relevant meetings and the ability to handle duties during major incidents as necessary. This position operates Monday through Friday during core hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.
