Our Care Navigation roles are varied and interesting, all applicants should be self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Processing repeat prescription request in accordance with practice guidelines
Dealing with patients queries
Completing tasks
Communicating with Pharmacies and other outside agencies
Liaising with Drs/nurses were necessary
Answer desk /phone
Emails - action/distribute
Raise blood forms

Dealing with enquiries, making new and follow-up appointments and generally advising patients on non-clinical matters
Communicating with Pharmacies and other outside agencies

Amend and cancel patient appointments in line with practice appointments procedures Answering telephone calls, taking messages, ensuring all are actioned / redirected / documented
Responding to requests or queries for support as they arise in an appropriate and timely manner
Photocopying
Tasks, Answer desk /phone
Emails - action/distribute
Raise blood forms
Be able to cover all reception positions as necessary
Have working knowledge of telephone system
