The East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Learning Disability and Autism Practitioner to join its strategic mental health team. This role involves leveraging extensive experience in Learning Disabilities and Autism to enhance ambulance services for individuals with these conditions across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and Northamptonshire. The practitioner will focus on developing effective care pathways, providing specialized advice to various service lines, and supporting the implementation of the NHS Long Term Plan.

Key responsibilities include maintaining expert knowledge in Learning Disabilities and Autism, advising clinicians in pre-hospital settings, contributing to the development of training resources for the workforce, and representing the mental health team in meetings.
