The Accounts & Billing Assistant at One Health Group in Sheffield will provide essential administrative and billing support to the finance team, directly reporting to the Finance Manager. The role involves managing various financial responsibilities, including proficiency in SAGE and the Compucare billing system for NHS and private patients, banking tasks, and reconciliation of patient accounts. The assistant will serve as the primary contact for patients, insurers, and suppliers, addressing inquiries and processing payments while ensuring efficient administrative support.

Key responsibilities include monitoring outstanding debts, following up with patients and insurance companies, and assisting with team projects as needed. Candidates should possess strong communication and teamwork skills, a thorough understanding of Microsoft applications, and a keen attention to detail to effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to changing service needs. The role requires flexibility in providing cover for colleagues and undertaking other duties as directed by the Finance Team Manager.
