Summary initial Duties:

Overseeing reports from contractors and raising remedial issues Providing support to the contracts and operational teams Assisting in managing and identifying cost savings Assist in managing contract SLA Review assets under contract Day-to-day management of some contracts

This will consist of Full-time work placement plus attendance on study sessions/days in line with your apprenticeship training programme.


Summary of what were looking for:

Capable of completing a Commercial Procurement and Supply (formerly public sector commercial professional) Apprenticeship as well as a 1-year Trade Awareness & Duty Engineer internal training programme. Knowledge of Building Services. Relevant knowledge in electrical mechanical or building maintenance IOSH safety qualification Some knowledge of regulations, statutory requirements, and standards, appropriate in the built environment/healthcare Experienced working with contractors or direct labour
