The DPO Service Information Governance Assurance Manager position at Digital Health and Care Wales offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Information Governance professional to contribute to the Clinical Directorate's Information Governance team. The primary responsibility involves supporting the Data Protection Officer support service manager by implementing, assuring, and developing a high-quality service for subscribed practices. Candidates should possess a relevant master's degree or significant experience in complex Information Governance programs, ideally with a recognized Data Protection qualification. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for fostering a robust information governance framework and providing ongoing guidance on data protection issues.

The role also requires a flexible working approach, as travel across Wales may be necessary. Experience in health or social care is preferred but not mandatory, and the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.
