The Performance Analyst role at Fazakerley with Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust involves using data to gain insights and drive improvements within the Pharmacy department. The successful candidate will lead the analysis and interpretation of high-quality medicines-related information, supporting the core business and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Pharmacy IT team and Trust Business Intelligence. The role emphasises stakeholder engagement across the Trust, ensuring the timely production of reports and the effective communication of findings to enhance service planning and delivery.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing improvement measures, advising staff on data collection and reporting, and leading the development of sustainable information management systems within the Trust. The Performance Analyst will also merge data from various sources to provide a holistic view of performance, diagnose constraints in patient pathways, and complete necessary statutory and local returns. Overall, this position is pivotal in enhancing the quality of pharmacy services through data-driven insights and collaboration.
