The Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Administration Co-ordinator to join its dynamic admin team within the Pharmacy Department. This role involves supporting around 170 pharmacy staff through diverse administrative tasks, including HR processes, payroll, recruitment, and managing departmental correspondence. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records for leave, sickness, and training, coordinating staff recruitment and departmental inductions, and overseeing the ordering of supplies.

Additionally, the co-ordinator will provide secretarial support for meetings, particularly for the Trust Drug and Therapeutics Committee, while assisting the clinical pharmacy team with document preparation and meeting arrangements. The ideal candidate should thrive in a collaborative team environment and be adept at multitasking to meet the needs of this modern and respected pharmacy department.
