The Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner in Maidenhead, ideal for registered Mental Health nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers looking for a rewarding challenge in Older People's Mental Health Services. This role offers the chance to work across various teams such as the Memory Clinic and Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) while managing your own caseload. Responsibilities include conducting memory assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supervising junior staff, all while promoting evidence-based practices and utilizing cognitive assessment tools.

Candidates must possess a relevant registration and experience in a multidisciplinary environment, as well as have a car available for work-related travel.
