Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking compassionate individuals for the role of Apprentice Phlebotomist in Leeds. This full-time apprenticeship lasts for 14 months and involves obtaining blood samples from patients of all ages, contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions. Successful candidates will participate in a structured training program leading to a Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Science, with opportunities to apply for permanent roles upon completion. The role requires participation in weekend and holiday rotas, attendance at study sessions, and commitment to self-directed learning.
