The Clinical Deputy Manager role at St Georges Care Home in Bristol is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to lead and mentor a team, delivering excellent quality outcomes and person-centred care. This is a full-time, supernumerary position offering a competitive salary of up to £53,560 per annum, depending on experience.
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the wider healthcare team. You will also be involved in clinical governance, quality assurance, and the continuous improvement of care standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in a leadership or management role within the care sector.
