The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Urology Nurse Specialist to join their Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist team at Oldham Care Organisation. This role, which falls within Band 6-7 depending on experience, requires a Registered General Nurse with a degree and relevant post-registration experience, particularly in Urology or Cancer services. The successful candidate will serve as a key worker for Urology cancer patients, managing their care through independent nurse-led clinics and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care.

In addition to possessing excellent communication, leadership, and team-working skills, the candidate will also be responsible for identifying areas for personal and departmental development. The position is primarily based at Royal Oldham Hospital, but it involves working across various clinics in Fairfield, Rochdale, and North Manchester. Applicants must have a current NMC PIN or be in the process of obtaining it within three months. All communications regarding the application will be conducted via email.
