Brunton Park Health Centre in Newcastle Upon Tyne is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead its team following the retirement of the current manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing clinical and administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with NHS contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include financial management, recruitment, meeting QOF targets, coordinating GP partner meetings, and maintaining practice policies. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of GP finance, and be committed to improving patient health and well-being in the community.

The Practice Manager will also be responsible for human resources tasks, including staff training and performance appraisals, as well as managing health and safety protocols at the practice. This position requires effective communication with team members and external bodies, ensuring the practice's registration with CQC is accurate, and that financial claims meet deadlines.
