CHEC is seeking flexible Bank Endoscopy Practitioners to join their expanding team in Ilford, focusing on various endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, and haemorrhoidal banding. This role offers the opportunity for practitioners to manage their own rotas and work shifts that suit their schedules. Practitioners will work collaboratively under the guidance of the Endoscopy Nurse in Charge, ensuring a comprehensive patient experience from pre-admission through to recovery and discharge, while also contributing to the safety and effectiveness of the unit.

Candidates should possess a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support CQC and JAG GRS accreditation efforts. Responsibilities include preparing clinical areas, participating in training, and performing clinical tasks as necessary, all while ensuring compliance with CHEC's Standard Operating Procedures. The ideal candidate will display attention to detail, good listening skills, and a collaborative spirit within a team environment.
