The Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual for the temporary staffing Admin and Clerical Trust Bank team. The role requires prior administrative experience and proficiency with Microsoft software; experience in rostering is preferred but not essential. The main responsibilities include:

- Managing phone requests for temporary staffing, including nurses and interpreters.
- Coordinating effectively with clinical staff for staffing needs.
- Accurately processing requests via various communication methods.
- Maintaining communication with departments regarding staffing updates.
- Supporting administrative functions such as data entry, recruitment processes, and managing supplies.
- Assisting in the induction of new staff and collaborating with team members on various tasks.
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing personal development.
