The Advanced Clinical Practitioner role at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust involves delivering senior clinical assessments and guidance within the Integrated Urgent Care team in St Leonards, Dorset. The position requires providing generalist clinical care and expert advice to both patients and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that prioritizes safety, privacy, and dignity. This role demands autonomous practice, accountability, and advanced clinical decision-making, as the practitioner will plan and manage complete episodes of care while leading initiatives for change and best practices through supervision, clinical audit, research, and education.

Applicants will need to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will fund. The position is not open to candidates requiring Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK.
