The role of Senior Clinical Nurse at The Croft, part of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, entails providing compassionate and robust care to children and their families within a specialist mental health inpatient setting. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills and leadership capabilities, working alongside a team of nurses and a multidisciplinary team to oversee the delivery of high-quality care. Responsibilities include assisting the Ward Manager, serving as a clinical role model, and ensuring adherence to local and national clinical standards.
