Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for their neuropsychiatric care facility, Newham House, in North Yorkshire. The role involves working 42 hours a week to provide exceptional care and support to women affected by acquired brain injuries and progressive neurological diseases. The Support Worker will engage with residents, assisting with their medical and welfare needs while promoting independence in a safe and caring environment. The position includes responsibilities such as guiding team members, ensuring safety, and maintaining a therapeutic atmosphere.
