Taurus Healthcare Limited is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Prescription Clerk at Mortimer Medical Practice in Leominster, a rural area in North Herefordshire. This part-time position (19 hours per week) will involve supporting the team in managing prescription requests, generating repeat prescriptions, and assisting patients with inquiries. Additional responsibilities include advance ordering, monthly endorsing of prescriptions, and cassetting medications.

The Practice is currently undergoing restructuring and will provide training through a recognized external body to equip the new clerk with the necessary skills, including opportunities to learn Medical Terminology and cassetting medications under the guidance of a qualified Dispenser. Although experience is not essential, the candidate will play an integral role in supporting both the Dispensary team and the wider practice team.
