We are seeking a Band 6 Team Leader to join our Theatre Team at St Mary's Managed Clinical Service, working in our ORC site.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual. As a senior member of our committed team you will need the ability to work flexibly to support the service level requirements and be able to adapt to changes in the NHS. It is also vital that you are a team player with a professional focus on service delivery and can demonstrate a commitment to high quality patient care.

We are seeking an individual who can act as a role model and provide structure and support to our new/ junior team members and students ensuring we maintain a resilient and safe workforce.

The successful applicant will work to ensure our established workforce are kept up to date with their knowledge and clinical skills and that new starters to the department are guided appropriately through the induction/initial integration process within the team.

The successful candidate will also use their knowledge and skills of Gynaecology and Obstetrics Theatres to ensure current staff are up to date with new policies and guidance, you will also work alongside those staff who need to develop their skills, ensuring all staff are competent to work and care for our patients.

This is an extensive role that would suit a passionate, dynamic, inspiring professional with the drive for excellence and success.
