The position of Senior Occupational Therapist within the Community Recovery Service of West London NHS Trust involves providing Intermediate Care and Reablement to residents of Hounslow. This integrated team, which includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, and Rehabilitation support staff, operates seven days a week and requires the successful candidate to participate in a rotating schedule that includes weekends and Bank Holidays. The role demands an experienced Occupational Therapist capable of working autonomously in a community setting, assessing occupational performance and developing rehabilitation plans through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
