The Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to fill multiple Ward Clerk positions in Gloucester, available in both full-time and part-time capacities. The ideal candidates should be dynamic, organized, and motivated team players with prior administrative experience. The role involves providing clerical and reception support on the ward, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and various healthcare staff, as well as maintaining patient records and facilitating timely access to information. Flexibility to work across both Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and Cheltenham General Hospital is required.

Key responsibilities include managing non-clinical issues, assisting with the discharge process, arranging transport, and maintaining accurate patient documentation in compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
