Housekeeping Assistants play a crucial role in maintaining hygiene standards to combat hospital infections and contribute positively to the overall care team supporting patients during their hospital stays. Various shift options are available for both part-time and full-time positions.
We currently have some vacant positions to work within the Housekeeping Department at the Conquest Hospital. Duties will include general cleaning of the wards/departments which will include buffing, wet mopping, damp dusting, toilets and disposal of waste. You may also be required to complete the food and beverage service.
Various shifts available - part and Full time
The successful applicant will need good communication skills, and experience of working in a similar environment would be desirable.Housekeepers within the hospital have a key role in our on-going fight against hospital infections & make a useful contribution in the wider care team that supports a patient during their time in hospital.
