The West London NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist to join their Cognitive Impairment and Dementia services team in Hammersmith & Fulham for a temporary position covering maternity leave. This Band 7 role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist care to patients with cognitive impairment and dementia, supporting them in daily living activities. Responsibilities include conducting dementia screenings, offering cognitive rehabilitation, advising on dementia-friendly design and equipment, and collaborating with psychology colleagues and activity coordinators to facilitate therapeutic activities, both in-person and online.

The position is part of the Older People's Mental Health Services (OPMHS), which has expanded its offerings to include support for older individuals with severe and enduring mental health issues.
