The Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse role at the Haematology and Oncology Day Unit in Gorleston involves supporting the management of nursing staff and the operational operations of the department, particularly in the absence of the unit manager. The position requires strong skills in Central Venous Access Device (CVAD) management, as well as proficiency in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) administration and cannulation.
