Bedworth Health Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their nursing team for a part-time role of 30 hours per week, between 08:30 and 18:30, Monday to Friday. Candidates must have qualifications in Chronic Disease Management and be capable of performing various tasks, including childhood immunisations, cervical smears, wound care, and managing chronic diseases like asthma, diabetes, and hypertension. Additionally, responsibilities include assisting GPs with minor surgeries, administering injections, conducting ECGs, and maintaining accurate patient records.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as part of the primary healthcare team, providing Personal Medical Services to patients, while adhering to clinical protocols and ensuring proper equipment maintenance. Participation in administrative tasks and the potential for home visits may also be required. An interest in chronic conditions and contraception is advantageous, along with the ability to manage clinical tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of patient care.
