The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Physiotherapist to lead its Respiratory Medicine Service at County Hospital. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced physiotherapist specializing in respiratory care, who will be responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments and treatments for patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, as well as complex cases involving multiple pathologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with an established team of advanced therapists across various specialisations, including neurology and rehabilitation, and will take on leadership responsibilities to ensure the effective clinical delivery of care.

In this position, the Advanced Physiotherapist will manage the clinical team, organize staff and resources, and provide specialized training to therapy staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT). The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex patient information and adapt to changing service demands.
