An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed-term contract or secondment for an individual passionate about delivering high quality, innovative care for children and young people.
This role will be based at the Lighthouse, the UK's first and England's only Child House, a unique multi-disciplinary service for children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse, within the Paediatric and Adolescent Division at UCLH. The role is a fixed-term post in line with Lighthouse funding until March 2025.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and experienced operations manager in the NHS, with strong leadership skills in integrated multi-disciplinary team working. This is a time-sensitive task and will be prioritised.
In addition, the post holder will prioritise working with the Lighthouse Assistant General Manager and clinical teams to scope options for aligning Lighthouse systems, such as the Electronic Patient Record System, access to estates and facilities support, and others with UCLH.
