Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a Locum Consultant Haematologist specializing in Lymphoma to join their team at Withybush General Hospital in Haverfordwest. This dynamic role is part of a newly established job plan aimed at introducing subspecialisation within the haematology services of the Health Board. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the management of Lymphoma and General Haematology, participating in both inpatient and outpatient care, including attending clinics and consultations at various sites. The position also includes involvement in multidisciplinary team meetings and the wider transformation of haematology services, supporting a vision of providing accessible patient care.

The role entails 10 sessions per week, plus 1 session for additional professional activities, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of consultants, associate specialists, and healthcare professionals. Candidates must have full GMC registration and a proven track record in haematology, particularly in Lymphoma management. Adaptability and a strong focus on enhancing rural healthcare services are essential for this position.
