The Accend Programme Manager role with the Thames Valley Cancer Alliance offers an opportunity to lead the implementation of the Aspirant Cancer Career and Education Development Programme (ACCEND), aimed at transforming cancer services and enhancing education, training, and career pathways for cancer support workers, nurses, and allied health professionals. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop a strategic approach for embedding the ACCEND framework across the region, supporting the objectives of the NHS Long Term Plan.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced project manager, registered nurse, or allied health professional with a background in education or cancer services. Strong project management and program delivery skills are essential, making this an ideal position for a senior NHS clinician looking to drive significant change within cancer services in the Thames Valley area.
