The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator role at Butlers Mews Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare Group Ltd., focuses on providing engaging activities to enhance the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents, particularly those with dementia. Candidates should be compassionate and dedicated, capable of understanding the unique needs of older adults while promoting privacy, dignity, independence, and fulfillment. Responsibilities include developing personalized activity plans based on resident preferences, coordinating events and outings, and ensuring a safe living environment.

The ideal applicant will have experience working with older individuals in a residential setting, strong organisational and communication skills, and a positive attitude towards enhancing quality of life through stimulating activities. Additionally, they should embody the values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. Full-time shifts are 8 hours a day with alternate weekends, and a DBS check will be required for the role.
