The role of Senior Healthcare Assistant (Level 3) with Swansea Bay University Health Board in Neath Port Talbot offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Children's Community Nursing Service. The post holder will work with a degree of autonomy, responsible for delivering personalized care to children and young people with complex health needs in their homes. Key responsibilities include contributing to care assessments, developing and implementing individual care plans, supervising other staff, and ensuring high-quality care delivery under the guidance of qualified nursing team leaders.

Candidates are expected to undertake independent decision-making within established protocols while collaborating effectively within the team. They should also be aware of the holistic needs of both the child and family, following care instructions from registered nurses to achieve health-focused outcomes.
