The Practice Plus Group is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to join their team at HMP Wayland, a category C prison in Griston, Norfolk. This role offers a salary of up to £40,211, with working hours from 09:00 am to 17:30 on weekdays and 08:30 am to 17:30 on weekends. Responsibilities include collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver nurse-led services, managing medication, conducting patient assessments, and providing personalized, evidence-based care. The role emphasises delivering non-judgmental care, promoting best practices, and sharing expertise to ensure safe and quality healthcare.
