The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Full-Time Appointment/Administration Clerk to join their Administration Team at the North AHP Therapy Referrals Centre in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and care homes, managing appointment bookings and cancellations through various communication channels, and ensuring the accurate recording of patient information in the Trust’s systems. Candidates must possess prior administration experience, strong telephone and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support for community care services, managing day-to-day clinic operations, and assisting with inquiries from patients and healthcare staff. The successful candidate will need to communicate effectively, remain confidential, and address the diverse needs of patients, including those with communication difficulties.
