The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Receptionist/Administrator to support efficient administration in their outpatient department at the Sutton site. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of main outpatient clinics, involving providing reception services for patients and relatives, preparing medical records, and assisting multi-disciplinary team members. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and organisational skills, along with necessary keyboard and IT skills. The position requires working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday and offers a supervisory role to other administrative officers.

In this role, the Senior Receptionist/Administrator will be responsible for accurately booking patient appointments, managing clinic documentation, reorganizing appointments as needed, and ensuring all relevant documents are ready for the clinics.
