Hazeldene Medical Centre is seeking a newly qualified GP interested in a role that combines patient care with management responsibilities. The position offers a competitive salary of £10-12k per session annually. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership in GP Pathfinder Clinics, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Guide the practice team in adhering to best practices, participate in clinical governance, and serve as a role model for patient management.
  • Patient Care: Deliver care through various means (in-person, telemedicine), conduct home visits, manage prescriptions, and handle administrative tasks promptly.
  • Practice Management: Oversee daily operations, manage appointments and resources, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Lead auditing initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence and implement necessary corrective actions.
