Join our compassionate Children's Community Nursing Team at Kingston Hospital, where your expertise can truly make a difference! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Children's Community Nurse to join our supportive Paediatric Outreach Nursing Team (PONT) as we expand our care to children with a variety of health conditions. If you’re passionate about providing high-quality nursing care to babies, children, and young people, this is your chance to thrive in a friendly and collaborative environment.

In this rewarding role, you’ll offer acute and long-term care to children facing challenges such as oncology, complex needs, and wound care. Additionally, you’ll be involved in teaching families and mentoring future nurses, helping shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. If you're ready to take a meaningful step in your career while making a direct impact on children's lives, we’d love to hear from you!

More about the NHS
