The Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join their Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Abingdon, with one full-time and one part-time position available. The team, known for its supportive and high standard culture, collaborates closely with various healthcare professionals to provide well-coordinated care for older adults facing mental health challenges. Successful candidates will manage a caseload, conducting assessments and interventions while being part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes medical, nursing, occupational therapy, and psychology specialists.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and IT skills, and ideally have experience in older adult mental health services; however, individuals with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. The role offers core working hours from Monday to Friday, with additional occasional shifts on weekends and evenings as part of a team rota.
