We are recruiting for a Support Worker who wishes to join the Mental Health Recovery Team. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care.
The role of the Support Worker is to support service users to identify their needs and to assist mental health practitioners to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans; to provide hope, empathy, and a non-clinical practical perspective through developing supporting partnerships, dialogue and acting as a role model.
To enable people using services, staff and organisations to positively re-frame lived mental health experience valuing people as experts in their own lives.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to foster a safe and nurturing environment to promote growth, resilience, aspiration, and opportunity.
The role will be based at The Innovation Centre, Monks Brook, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 5BF.
