The South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and compassionate Ward/Clinic Clerk for Beaumont Ward, which focuses on Women's Health and Early Pregnancy. The role involves working in a busy female surgical ward with 14 inpatient beds and an attached emergency unit. The successful candidate will work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 07:30 to 20:00, providing clerical support to the team and Ward Manager, managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication among multidisciplinary team members.

Key responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, filing patient results, maintaining hospital system data, booking transport, logging maintenance work, and assisting with audits to improve patient care. Gynaecology or Early Pregnancy experience and prior administrative experience are desirable, along with a sensitivity to issues such as miscarriages. The role requires effective communication skills, adherence to confidentiality, and compliance with Trust policies.
