The "ACE Early Years Practitioner and Care Coordinator" role in Liverpool with the Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit entails working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide trauma-sensitive childcare and support for families affected by adverse childhood experiences. Candidates should possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have the creativity and nurturing ability to create a safe, stimulating creche environment. Responsibilities include implementing the ACE recovery toolkit, facilitating group activities, assessing and addressing the needs of children and families, and maintaining strong partnerships with parents to enhance child development.

This position also involves coordinating care across health services, engaging with diverse community partners, and addressing various familial challenges, such as mental health issues and safeguarding.
