Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT is seeking an experienced Typist/Booking Clerk to join the Clinical Therapies Administration team at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. The ideal candidate should possess proficient typing skills, a good understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines. Strong communication skills, motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-professional team are essential.

In this role, the Typist/Booking Clerk will be responsible for managing outpatient services, including the preparation of clinics, handling patient referrals and appointments, and addressing patient inquiries. The position will primarily be based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary but may require occasional travel to Retford Hospital and Bassetlaw Hospital to ensure comprehensive service coverage across all locations.
