The role of Band 3 Patient Tracker List (PTL) Breast Screening Coordinator at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust involves overseeing patient care and pathway management within the North & Central and East London Breast Screening Service at Edgware Community Hospital. Key responsibilities include monitoring and tracking patients on suspected cancer pathways using the Somerset and NBSS systems, and ensuring timely actions are taken for discussions during weekly cancer PTL meetings.
