The Trainee Pre-Hospital Nurse Practitioner role with the East of England Ambulance Service in Harlow is designed for individuals with experience in acute settings such as Emergency Departments, Primary, Urgent, or Critical Care. The position offers a unique opportunity to manage a variety of complex patient cases with a high level of autonomy. As part of the role, candidates will enter a training program that includes completing a transition to practice course and developing a competency portfolio, tailored to their level of experience.

Successful applicants who are based in Hertfordshire and West Essex will benefit from additional financial incentives during their first two years in the position. The training involves deploying with a reduced scope of practice initially, allowing for gradual professional development, culminating in qualifications as a fully competent pre-hospital practitioner after demonstrating readiness for assessment.
