University Hospitals of Derby and Burton has an exciting opportunity to join our Learning and Development Team as an Administration Apprentice.
The successful applicant will support the education teams with administration duties and deal with staff and customer enquiries.
Due to funding rules, apprentices must have resided in the UK for 3 years:
Apprenticeship funding rules 2024 to 2025
The successful applicant will support L&D teams with varied administration duties depending on priorities and include tasks such as:
- Meet and greet the people who come into the department.
- Answering the telephone
- Photocopying
- Laminating
- Using online systems such as Unit 4
- Data input on excel/other systems
- Stationery order
- Taking receipt of deliveries
- Manage diaries and room bookings
- Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work
