ALCOHOL CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The Liaison and Diversion B3 Support Worker role with Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust offers an opportunity to join an embedded community outreach team aimed at diverting individuals from the criminal justice system and addressing their social vulnerabilities. The successful candidate will support practitioners in assessing needs, connecting service users with third and voluntary sector partners (such as substance misuse and housing services), and providing short-term support in the community. Collaboration with key stakeholders within the criminal justice system is essential to ensure individuals receive the necessary support upon discharge.

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to high-quality care, flexibility in a multi-agency team environment, and effective communication skills. The role requires traveling across Coventry and Warwickshire to engage with service users and partners. This position is part of an innovative initiative targeting marginalized individuals with health and social needs, with the goal of reducing health inequalities and reoffending rates.
