The Catering Assistant position at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Bury involves preparing and serving meals for patients, ensuring all items are plated and delivered correctly. The role includes cleaning return pots and trolleys, maintaining hygiene standards according to set policies, and operating automatic dishwashers.
