The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Crisis Home Treatment Support Worker for the BeeU service in Telford, focusing on emotional wellbeing and mental health for children and young people aged 0 to 25. The role involves providing therapeutic support to a designated group of service users, assisting in their recovery journey, and enabling them to stay connected within their community. The Support Worker will collaborate with the Shift Coordinator and other professionals to assess and implement individualized care plans while maintaining effective communication with service users, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team.
