Support a man with an acquired brain injury to move from hospital into a bespoke adapted supported living home in Chorley. As a Relief Support Worker you’ll deliver person-centred, hands-on care that helps him rejoin family life, take part in his local community and develop everyday living skills. The role is part-time and permanent, paid weekly at £12.30ph plus accrued holiday credit, on-site only; you’ll initially work flexibly between Chorley and his current placement to ensure a smooth transition. A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a support role, a reliable, can-do approach and strong person-centred values are essential.
