Based in Middlewich, Brook Street is recruiting a Learning Disability / Mental Health Support Worker for a Step‑Down Supported Living service that helps adults move towards greater independence. You will deliver person‑centred support—assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, budgeting and personal care, promoting community access and meaningful activities, liaising with families and professionals, and keeping clear records. Roles are available full‑time, part‑time or on flexible shifts (temporary), paying between £12.60 and £13.60 per hour.

This position will suit caring, patient people — particularly women with a caring background — who can build trusting relationships and communicate sensitively; previous social care experience is helpful but not essential as a full induction and ongoing training are provided. Brook Street offers clear career development routes, opportunities to gain Health & Social Care qualifications, regular supervision, and staff wellbeing and recognition initiatives within a supportive team.
